BOARDING AGREEMENT
By submitting a reservation request, I authorize Jacob and Nicole Gereaux owners of DeSoto Kennels LLC to hold and care for my dog and to obtain any necessary veterinary records and treatment (at my expense) for my dog. By boarding my dog with DeSoto Kennels, I represent that I have read, understand, and agree to the policies and rates of DeSoto Kennels as posted on the website and as modified from time to time and that I have provided full and accurate information in compliance with those policies. I understand that DeSoto Kennels will exercise reasonable care for my dog and agree that DeSoto Kennels is not responsible or liable for illness or injury to my dog. I agree to pay charges for services at the time I pick up my dog from any stay. I understand that DeSoto Kennels will make reasonable efforts to notify me of any extraordinary actions or events involving my dog and I authorize any actions taken by DeSoto Kennels, with or
without prior notice to me.
Reservations
Dog boarding reservations are not available for:
Dogs who are aggressive.
Dogs being treated for heartworms.
Dogs that require shots.
Dogs under 6 months of age. Dogs 6 months - 1 year require meet and greet.
Pets in need of medical attention (Pets requiring medicines, supplements, etc., need approval.)
Females in their heat cycle.
Due to code restrictions, dogs who bark excessively.
The vaccination record should indicate Bordetella (Kennel Cough), DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus), and Rabies.
Dogs are required to have flea and tick prevention if utilizing boarding services.
All dogs must be housebroken. Puppies under one year are accepted for boarding on approval only.

$60 a day for 2 Dogs sharing a suite
$85 a day for 3 Dogs sharing a suite
